Maxim Mag Teams Up with Las Vegas Casino

Maxim Magazine, a popular mag that usually caters towards men will team up to Concord Wilshire Partners LLC in order to build more than two thousand hotel rooms worth 1.2 billion US dollars.

The partnerships of Maxim Hotel and Concord Wilshire Partners LLC., will work together to build a hotel with a sixty thousand square foot casino in Las Vegas. The upscale casino is expected to finish have its maiden offering on 2010.

Planning stages are in the works now but the construction will not start until sometime next year in 2007. The target date of completion of the hotel casino is 2010.

According to Barry Pincus, director of brand development for Maxim, the projected hotel will be a four star and the casino is very upscale. The theme of the casino will be sexy and playful and it promises casino players long hours of fun.

The construction of casinos and gambling complexs continue to increase over the last several years but to secure a place on the Strip in las Vegas is not simple.

Aside from the gaming area, an entertainment area that holds three thousand seats for concerts will be available. Restaurants, pools, spas and a nightclub that will be known as Maxim Lounge are also planned and will be available for everyone.

There will also be two thousand condominium apartments available for clients.
